William began playing the Double Bass at the early age of seven starting from Elementary School through two years of College. From there William moved to Los Angeles from San Diego, California and began performing with such great artists as Ronnie Laws and Bobby Lyle. He then moved on to collaborate with many great musicians like: Bennie Maupin, Brad Wilson Live, King Ernest,Ellis Hall, Ndugu Chancler, Patti La Belle‘s (Body Language The Play) written by Michael Ajakwe Jr., Willie Bobo, Alphonse Mouzon, Alex Ligertwood, and the former lead vocalist for the Carlos Santana Group, Rick Latham, a drummer who performs with: Edgar Winter and Juice Newton, Lovely Previn, violinist and the daughter of Andre Previn. William performed on Double Bass at the 75th Annual Academy Awards where he had the privilege of appearing on stage with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Queen Latifah in the award nominated song ‘I’ll Move On” from the hit movie: “CHICAGO”. William is on the movie “Three To Tango“.
