Scott Barton is a composer, guitarist and recordist. His current interests include: rhythmic complexity, auditory and temporal perception, postmodernism, musical robots, audio engineering and rock music. He co-founded Expressive Machines Musical Instruments (EMMI), a collective focused on designing and building robotic musical instruments, with Troy Rogers and Steven Kemper.
