Christopher M. Wicks holds a M.Mus. in Composition from the Universite de Montreal, and is a Fellow of the American Guild of Organists. He studied as an undergraduate at the Eastman School of Music and at Marylhurst College. His music has been performed in festival, university, concert and church settings in four European countries, fifteen U.S.A. states, Canada and South Korea, and published by World Library Publications, Augsburg Fortress, Wayne Leupold Editions and Imagine Music. Aesthetic influences include Britten, Hindemith, Barber and Poulenc, and he is active as a church musician and organ recitalist.
