Her works have been performed in Europe and Japan, in concerts and festivals such as The International New Music Week in Bucharest (Romania), ISCM World Music Days (Lithuania, Sweden), Why Note (Dijon, France), Takefu International Music Festival (Japan) or Hilltown New Music Festival (Weastmeath, Ireland). Three of her works have been so far included on CDs. Her creation includes chamber and orchestral music, as well as a chamber opera.

Diana Rotaru is a member of the experimental syncretic group SeduCant, whose objective is creating syncretic projects, small video-musical-choreographic performances. SeduCant also proposes a new, modern type of performer, already exploited in various ensembles in Romania and abroad, a multi-valent performer that uses their whole expressive potential: their instrument, their body, their voice.
